A rare sculptued steel low table signed by Paul Evans, circa 1970's. Table base is comprised of a series of rectangular volumes in sculpted steel, covered with Evans signature textures and motifs. The steel exhibits rare ochres, greens and browns along with more usual soft oranges and reds. This pieces is related to the Skyline Series produced by Evans for Directional, but this is a unique and custom design commissioned directly from the artist's New Hope, PA studio.
